Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your farm tour, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations made 1 hour before are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: Life happens—we’re happy to reschedule your tour! Please request a reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time. Tours can be rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original booking, subject to availability. Weather Policy: We want your farm experience to be enjoyable! In the event of severe weather, we will notify guests as early as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. Late Arrival Policy & Rescheduling Fee: To ensure the best experience for all guests, tours start on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to adjust your tour or reschedule depending on availability. No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled tour or arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
